7th story' ia UTS for class

Today UTS in 2nd Semester, and I have been preparing myself for uts today.

6th story'

Today, the first group who must presentated their Toefl book but just Bagas who coming this day because Adhi who has their data but maybe he got late. So Ms. Rella continue her teaching and waiting Adhi for come. Today our topic is TENSES. To be honest, tenses is my weakness in learning English. Almost when I'm in school until now. Tenses have 16 kinds and all of them almost got same name and same of their 'formula'. That's my problem with tenses. But Ms. Rella gave us trick for make it simple and easy to memorized them. Few minutes passed and Adhi come and the first group began their presentated. unfinished presentation, but Ms. Rella stopped them and rebuke them why them still got a problem in their Toefl book and Ms. Rella told them to fixed.

5th story'

This Wednesday morning which presented the results of group 1's toefl could not be present, so which replaced group 2 because they were ready, the group 2 toefl was good in terms of writing and structure.

4th story' semester 2

Today Mr. Zul absent again because he's so busy and Ms. Rella who's replace him. Finally we met again Ms, after finish exam 1st semester ago. Ms. Rella discuss about how to compose a Toefl book what Mr. Zul gave to us. In that book has a text with some paraghrap and all of us got ones to read them.  Same of semester ago, we must writting diary in our blog of our activities in english session in once a week. And we must record our voice sang a song in once a week with free song title.

3rd story'

Today the lecturer in this class is Mr. Zul. Mr. Zul repeats what we will learn in this semester (as in the first meeting or first diary). And Pak Zul told us how low the interest of Indonesians to 'read' in ASEAN. After telling about how low the interest of Indonesians to read, Mr. Zul asked us 'why did you choose civil engineering'. Some people answer: because of the orders from their parents, or because it takes a lot of graduates and decent fees if you become an engineer, or because continuing what they learned from their high school, or because it is their own interest.

2nd story

A week ago Mr. Zul told us if next week he absent that mean he went to Nepal and maybe who replace him was Ms. Rella but today Ms. rella told to Alma she can't came to teach us because she still promoted tourism majors to another high school in Tangerang etc. So no one teaching us and we just use this time for wasting our time for gaming or doing assignment from another lecturers and just write a list of signatures of student attendance.

First meet semester 2nd

Today is Wednesday and the first day of the English course in semester 2. Our lecturer today is Mr. Zalzulifa or Mr. Zul, our real English professor. because Ms. Rella is only her assistant when she is too busy. The morning class does not recognize her as the night class, so Mr. Zul introduces himself immediately and continues what we learned in this semester. Mr. Zul told us we should have a blog and connect to his website. so what we learned in this semester is about Toefl in Civil Engineering. And yes we meet again with Toefl, after a few years ago. This toefl is not the same as the other test toefl. Usually we only do the test but now we have to make a book about Toefl in civil engineering. But we only make structures and tests read instead of with writing tests and listening tests. Today we created a group to create this book. One group with 2 people. And today I am with muhammad danu erlangga

Pertemuan ke 9 dengan Ms. Rella

My group presented assignments in front of class. Ika kurnia putri as moderators and Me, fajarudin, andriyansah, and m.abdu as members. We present the task of english with the theme of land surveying. we all have my own part to present it fajar and andriyansah for presentation about activ and pasif, i'am about past tense and present tense, m.abdu about 5W + 1H even though we are not fluent english but alhamdulillah we all sucessfully for presentation

Seventh lesson

Holllaa, readers, everywhere you are. How are you? I hope everything oke, right?
    its so difficult to telling stories with english. I'm still learning and change it to english.  Actually, it simple, i just write in Indonesia and i change to englis like what i wrote.
    Seventh Lesson, there is no Percentage. Yeayyy.... ^^
    Mrs. Rella told me that it was a quiet night. Yeah, quiet. No book. No Pen. No read. No learning. No Teaching. Thats all about quiet. Informatics class was doing the test, and i just go to sleep or anything in my home.
    My tasks english done recently, because i don't have much time for it. I must think about script, about working and other tasks...

Meeting this time I take night class. Not much different from the night class, today's presentation from the third group. The equipment is complete, but group members do not exist yet. one of our friends said if all the members of the third group went to the night class. the presentation was postponed because no group emerged, and because the other group did not have enough preparation.

So Mrs. Rella concluded to give UTS grids rather than wasting time. He gives some sample questions. Examples of questions given not far from the presentation material. In the question, there is a sentence we must analyze: verbal / nominal sentences, tenses used, ask questions with W + H and change active sentences to passive or vice versa.

In some questions, Mrs. Rella will provide A for students who want to progress and provide answers to those questions. some of us answered the question and got an A. But this time I am not a lucky person ☹

Fourth Meeting

    In the fourth meeting, me and my group got a chance to persentage. Ah i would telling some thing before, that Mrs. Rella has been broken us to several group. And me was in seventh group. When my group came forward, and i became moderator. Unfortunetally, the percentage is doesn't prodress good, and little chaos

Ms. Rella asks to create a group for the presentation task assignment. The group in the set is divided into 4 groups and I get third group in the group is Fajarudin, Ikhsan virgianto, Hari daw, Budianto, M.riyanto, andriansyah, and M. Abdu.Ms. Rella gave to me and friends forth  articles , we got an article about 5W + 1H

The 2nd meeting

The 2nd meeting with Mr. Zalzulifa. Mr. Zalzulifa continued the material by telling us to chat with one of our classmates and then by ordering us by making a personal blog for all meetings to upload every meeting on our personal blog.

MY FIRST STORY IN THE FIRST LESSON

My name is Ikhsan , and I will tell you about my first experience learning English with Mr. Zalzulifa.

When I met him in his first lesson, he told us to blog and tell him what he taught on the blog.

He also gave me the task at the time, to introduce myself and to be written on a piece of paper. It starts with its name and also the reason why we go to UMT. At that time I got a group with Fajar, the nightclass chairman. I also told her about her biography in front of the class and the reason she entered UMT.

Fajar also wrote the reason he signed up for the UMT Campus on that piece of paper. Apparently because the house is very close to UMT and he also does not need to spend a lot of money for transportation, therefore he chose UMT.

Not much lesson in the first meeting with Mr. Zalzulifa. At least I can get to know each other with classmates and Mr. Zalzulifa.

It was my first experience with Mr. Zalzulifa. And I apologize because I am not good at writing or speaking English.
